Our primary focus is to assist you in educating your students about rare and endangered species of plants and animals, and providing information about the importance of habitat protection. We hope this experience will help students develop a deeper understanding and appreciation for the uniqueness and beauty of the world around them. The Zoo has been an authorized activity of the Clark County School District since 1983.

A field trip to the Zoo will enhance your efforts to teach a variety of subjects, but most of all, this hands-on real life experience will generate enthusiasm to learn more about the plants and animals that the students will encounter. Click here to give your students the "wildest" field trip available in Nevada.
