Clark County Museum is offering a Native American Demonstration
this coming Saturday, November 3, 2007.
The Cedar City Band of Paiutes will be demonstrating, loom beading, applique beading, cradle board making, porcupine quill work, and drum making.
The demonstrations will be from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM in the Depot here on the Museum Grounds,
1830 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson.
Open to all who wish to come.
Museum admission is $1.50 for adults and $1.00 for children and seniors.
The event is co-sponsored by the Sloan Canyon National Recreation Area, Bureau of Land Management, and the Clark County Museum.
I would love to let all the art, and social studies teachers
and those working with multi-cultural education know about this opportunity.
